STUDIO FOR RENT DESIGNED BY POSITION COLLECTIVE
30 SQM
This is a really smart use of space. I like the wall of peg shelves which allows customization of storage over time as storage needs change. The continuation of the peg wall from bed area to kitchen helps unify and visually simplify the space. It’s an elegant storage solution. The sleek kitchen design helps to keep the space uncluttered, which helps it look larger than it really is.
Very smart use of the typically wasted space under the bed for loads of hidden storage. The bed also doubles as the living area, which I like because it eliminates the redundancy of a couch and its accompanying space requirements. My own bed nook acts as my couch/living area and I don’t feel I’m lacking anything by foregoing a separate couch area. I almost never have guests because I prefer to meet people out, but I do have an Eames lounge chair and a handmade rocking chair in my small living area for when I do.
